Hi, I’m Elisha! Welcome to Africa Boy!

If you want to learn more about Africa and life therein, you’ve come to the right place. As a dude who spent sixteen years in Uganda, I’ve learnt a lot. I don’t just post on Africa, though. I post on a massive range of topics.

Africa is my most common topic, of course. My life there was important, and as such, I want to draw as much attention to the needs of Africa as I can. However, I also post regularly on SEO, WordPress, Christianity, and Theology.

Finally, at the end of the day, this blog focuses on God. I am a Christian, and post regularly about Christ and His work both in me and in this world. My life in Africa is secondary in importance to His work, and it is my dream that God will be glorified through this blog.

So, if you’re interested, just click the Blog button to read some of my posts. If you enjoy them, don’t forget to click that Follow button! It’s really important that you don’t miss any new posts. If you want to learn more about me, click the About button. Also, don’t hesitate to contact me if you want to talk.

Thanks for reading my blog, and I hope you have a great day!

  1. Hey, Elisha! You don’t know me, but I saw your blog through a collab with my friend Ariana. I’m fourteen and I live in America now, but as of a year or so ago, I was living with my parents as a missionary in Kampala. Seeing your blog was SO cool for me, because I haven’t met or talked to many people from Uganda, and I would love to hear from you and more about your story.

  2. Hey there Elisha! I found your blog through a collab that you did with Newblogger20 and it was awesome! You have such a cool blog!
Anyways, you’re probably wondering who this weirdo person is, so I’ll introduce myself. My name is Keziah and I have 5 younger siblings. I live in Oklahoma, USA and am home-schooled. I love Jesus, writing, blogging, YouTubing, eating cheese and just about anything with dairy. So yeah. Sorry for all that. XD

      2. We are a VSA club that are pro-coffee, pro-memes, anti-tyranny, and pro-writing. We do all kinds of stuff, but basically just a club for friends that want to have fun. You can join for a little while, then leave if you want. No judging

  3. Hey Elisha, I just wanted to say how cool it is to see that there are good Christian guys like you out there and that you’re openly and outwardly proclaiming Christ and trying to help those around you. A lot of the stuff on your blog is really helpful and kind of rare to find. Thanks for writing this stuff.

Funnily enough, I’m also a missionary kid living in Uganda, and getting ready to face the prospect of living in America for college. I’d love to get to know you and talk more if you’re interested. It’s always amazing to meet other MK’s who have faced similar things and can relate to the pressures of being a Christian in this crazy world we live in.

Anyway, thanks for all your doing in this blog. I pray that God uses it to change the lives of your readers and make them draw closer to Him.

      Where do you guys live?

  4. Hey Elisha, I love reading all your essays and hearing your perspective on different topics. Your blog is great and very helpful and I really enjoy hearing what it is like in Uganda. If I ever get to take a missions trip it will be to Uganda. Thank you so much for doing all this.
